At the start of each level, you are faced with a range of obstacles and four doors at the cardinal directions of north, south, east and west. Zombies will roam around and try to tag the remaining humans. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, you must control your character and outmaneuver the zombies to collect the antidote.
To collect the antidote, you must light up the letters C, U, R and E, in any order. The letters will appear one by one and you must navigate your character across them without running across already lit up letters. Once you have all letters lit, collect the antidote to cure all the zombies in the area.
Be warned, if you are tagged by a zombie, you'll lose a life. You start the game with three lives and can use power-ups to your advantage to survive. Each power-up has a unique icon, such as roller skates for increased speed, a clock to stun zombies, or a turtle back to slow them down. The hero icon gives you an extra life.
The game gets tougher with each level; once all humans are tagged, zombies will come after you. Use tactics and strategy to avoid zombies, and remember to use doors to escape when necessary. With randomly appearing power-ups, effective use of the antidote and quick planning, can you save humanity and survive the game?
