Falling Balls

This Windows game is a one-player strategy game that is enhanced with Ray-traced balls, Wild Cards, Bombs, and Gold Chests, all of which make the game more interesting. It is important to analyze the playing field, rather than rely on quick reflexes. As groups of balls fall from the top of the playing field, you must rotate and flip them into position so they form groups of the same color, which will then be removed, causing more balls to fall from above.

You can pause the game at any time, which can be handy in order to study the playing field. This is especially important for the harder difficulty levels, as there will be more colors and it will be more difficult to form the groups. If you manage to group 4 or 5 balls of the same color all in a row, you will receive a bonus, which you can activate by hitting the 'B' key. This will turn all the balls in the bottom row to the bonus color, and all newly formed groups will be removed.

You will receive 'turn-ups' after a designated number of balls are successfully dropped. With a 'turn-up', you can hit the 'T' key to turn the entire playing field upside down, causing all new groups to be removed. If you enable 'CISCOS CAVE', you will be shown the 'next group', but you will earn half the points while it is enabled. TOP-10 scores are recorded for all difficulty levels.

SoundBlaster support is available for music and sound effects, and the ray-traced blocks look best with high-color or true-color. Overall, this is a fun and challenging game that requires careful planning and strategic thinking.
