I recently had the opportunity to use a travel app on a trip to Cairo where I was able to explore various routes and landmarks. During my journey, the app suggested a route that was slightly different than the one I had previously taken to Sinai. This new route led me to the Dar el Hamra intersection after starting from Adjeroud. The journey took six and a half hours to complete, and along the way, we passed through the Wady Khoeyfera area.

While in the Wady Khoeyfera region, I couldn't help but notice the magnificent trees growing in the bed of a torrent, which were only slightly lower in height than the surrounding plain. I also saw the ruins of a small stone reservoir, along with remnants of walls and several wells, constructed with brick and stone. These structures were enclosed by a wall that currently forms a circular enclosure of mounds, mostly covered with sand. I was amazed by these ruins, which had not been mentioned by any other traveler before.

Overall, the app was very useful as it provided me with a different route to explore and helped me discover ancient ruins that were off the beaten path. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to explore the ancient wonders of Cairo.
