Forty Thieves Solitaire

This software game is all about being the hero and capturing all forty thieves! Your objective is to move all cards to eight foundations by suit from A to K.

When you start the game, you will be dealt four upturned cards on each of the ten tableau piles. Above the tableau piles are the eight foundations, and one upturned card will be dealt to the discard pile on the left of the foundations. The remaining cards will be downturned and placed into the stock pile on the left of the discard pile.

Before moving the cards to the foundations, they can be arranged on the tableau piles. However, each time you can only move the topmost card on a tableau pile or the card on the discard pile. The cards on the tableau piles should be built down by suit from K to A. For example, only a 6 of clubs can be placed on top of a 7 of clubs.

An empty tableau pile can be occupied by any card. You will receive 500 points for each card successfully moved to the foundations. If no more moves can be made, you can click the stock pile to deal a new card. However, note that the stock pile can only be used once.

If the stock pile is used up and you are not satisfied with your progress, you can click the Give Up button on the empty stock pile to quit the current game. So, are you ready to conquer or surrender to the fierce robbers? Give this game a try and see if you have what it takes to be the hero!
