FTPeel is an excellent FTP client catering to the Mac community's needs. Although there are many FTP clients in the market, none fulfilled the requirements we expected from an FTP client, so we decided to build our own. The FTPeel comes packed with some incredible features like AppleScriptability and drag 'n drop file mirroring, allowing you to have the same copy on your server and computer.
We realized that 50% of our time on traditional FTP clients goes into switching to the right directory or site, so we created something called the MagicMirror. Additionally, managing bookmarks was needlessly complicated, so we included a single checkbox to simplify the process. Navigation choices were also a source of annoyance, so we created the FTPeel that switches seamlessly between column and list views. To make the viewing process effortless, we also added a wealth of preferences and a quick filter box.
