GetMonitor

Overview:
GetMonitor is a Python XChat script designed to make monitoring DCC file servers much easier. This useful software is perfect for individuals looking to monitor sharing channels and IRC servers for DCC file server requests. GetMonitor is similar to AutoGet and SDFind, scripts that help automate the process of requesting files, monitoring queues, and searching files.

Requirements:
GetMonitor requires Python 2.4 and X-Chat 2.6.0 to run.

Installation and Use:
To run GetMonitor, you should load it within XChat. This can be done by either placing '/py load /path/to/getmonitor.py' or by accessing the menu in xchat. Currently, the interface is based on commands. To access GetMonitor's commands, you use the prefix '/gm'.

To track requests, you need to add a channel by entering the '/gm add' command on the channel window. Any requests, such as "! .", on that channel will make GetMonitor automatically start monitoring that server and requests.

If you want to change the default queue slots for some monitoring server, enter '/gm que '. To view your transfers and requests, enter '/gm list'.
