Firstly, users need to make an Info file from the Texinfo source by typing "$ makeinfo vera.texi" (depending on the file extension used in their environment). The next step is to copy the files generated from the previous step to the directory where the Info files are located on the user's site. Users then must go to their Info directory and edit the 'dir' file - this is where they should insert a line like the following: "* V.E.R.A.: (vera). Virtual Entity of Relevant Acronyms".
