Go Big

Go Big is a launcher application that allows for the quick selection of any program with just one mouse click. The program is designed to replace the traditional Windows 95 inspired start menu, and in my experience, it is more user-friendly. This is due to the fact that Go Big devotes more space to each selection, making it easier to hit the target with a quick and imprecise mouse movement.

With a traditional start menu, users must work a bit harder to find what they are looking for. They must first select the category that the program they wish to start is classified under, wait for the sub-menu to appear, and carefully move the mouse pointer right while avoiding accidentally selecting the wrong category. Then, they must move the mouse down to locate and select the desired program, all of which can be a frustrating and time-consuming process.

Go Big solves this problem by making effective use of high-resolution displays. All choices are immediately visible and can be selected with just one movement of the mouse. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of selecting the wrong program by accident.

Overall, I highly recommend Go Big as a program launcher/start menu application. Its user-friendly design and ease of use make it a great addition to any computer system.
