Heroic Ants

This software is a game that puts you in the shoes of a little ant on a mission to explore the world outside of its colony. The goal of the game is to help the ant travel a long distance by controlling the launching angle and power of a leaf sling constructed by its fellow ants.

As the ant travels through the air, it encounters various helpful plants, falling leaves, and harmful insects that impact its journey. The player can use power-ups (a pair of wings and morning dew) to help the ant fly upward or get a full rebound on landing.

However, dangers also lurk, and if the ant bumps into a bee or butterfly, both will fall to the ground. Similarly, crashing into dirt or hitting a pebble or mantis on the ground can slow the ant down or make it faint.

The game keeps track of the ant's traveling distance, recorded in the bottom right corner. The ant's power diminishes over time, and once it has lost all its power, it can no longer travel, and the total distance will be recorded as the final score.
