I had the opportunity to use HostScan1.2 and I must say, I was impressed with its two main functions - IP scan and Port scan. Additionally, I was also able to use this feature to scan for any backdoors that may have been controlled by a hacker on my computer.

The user interface was easy to navigate and the features were very intuitive making it easy even for someone with limited technical knowledge to use.
