jCalendarNet is a new network solution for professional enterprise-wide date, task, resource, contact, and email organization. It features a Client/Server architecture for real multi-user mode.
This software offers a vast range of features for efficient administration of date, task, dynamic contacts, email, and resource reservation. It also includes various print functions for day, week, month, and list view. The multiple view options include month, week, and day with multirow view, and a group selection and view is available for all.
Additionally, there is a daily and weekly group view, private entries, easy handling, and the ability to have several appointments for each moment. The software allows defining of cycle iterations, automatic inclusion of German holidays, and a search function with numerous selection criteria.
Categories, resources, contacts, users, and groups can be assigned to appointments, and a template function exists for appointments, tasks, and reservations. Complex invitation management is in place for both internal and external users, and automatic invitations can be sent for each entry to external contacts.
An authorization system is in place with several user roles, and there is a secretary function, acoustical reminder with cyclic remind function, and the option to customize one's own alarm sound. Category and contact management is available with the possibility to define your own fields.
