JXCirrus CalCount is the ultimate food and exercise diary for anyone who's serious about losing weight, tracking their exercise or simply wants to monitor their food intake. With this software, it's easier than ever to monitor your daily caloric intake, thanks to its simple and intuitive user interface.

The program allows you to build recipes that you use often, making it much easier to track your meals. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you can record an entire meal or a whole day's worth of food. The system also color codes your daily totals so you can immediately see how you are going at a glance.

JXCirrus CalCount lets you balance your calories over a day, a week, or longer, giving you greater flexibility and control over your diet. It also supports fasting, with options for 5-2 or 4-3 fasting.

The software takes into account your age, height, weight, sex and activity level to calculate your ideal calorie range. It even adjusts for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. In addition, JXCirrus CalCount suggests food or exercise to hit your health targets and calculates your ideal intake for up to 24 other nutrients, including Fat, Salt, Cholesterol, Fibre, Alcohol, Vitamins, Iron, and Caffeine.

JXCirrus CalCount also makes it easy to track your exercise routine. You can record and graph your Time, Speed, Distance or Repetitions against your exercise, helping you stay on top of your workouts. The program also allows you to set and track weight goals, giving you the tools you need to stay on track.

In addition to its other features, JXCirrus CalCount makes it easy to export and import your own lists of foods and exercises. You can save bookmarks to online food databases for quick reference, or plug in an alternative food database. And with support for iCloud or Cloud Share services, you can sync data between devices seamlessly.
