KYanc

KYanc is a software tool that was inspired by a setup tool called Yanc. The developer, who created Yancscript to modify NVidia tv-options using one command, decided to create KYanc as an improved GUI version of Yancscript using Kommander. Any feature-requests and improvements are welcome.

Installation and Setup for KYanc is straightforward. Users need to have Kommander installed and check that "/etc/X11/yanc" is writeable. After setup, users can easily execute kyanc.kmdr using a simple click.

The software tool has many features, including the ability to remember yanc-config and make yanc-config sourceable, which is useful for script-mode. In addition, it has an option to add dialog for windows-manager selection, disable-input-fields for each twinview-mode, add KControl module using a kde-module-proxy, and find bugs.

KYanc works with Kommander and has an array of new features in the latest release. Users can hide logos, use XDM remote login, select a display for a new Xserver, and start as many Xservers as needed. KYanc's seamless installation process and many useful features make it a must-have for those who use Yancscript.
