MacAppStuff Remind is an efficient application that allows you to keep a track of all your tasks in a very user-friendly manner. This software provides you with an organized list where you can store all your reminders with ease. Additionally, you can assign a specific date and time to each task to ensure that you are always reminded at the right time.
Remind displays reminders in a sorted manner, with perpetual ones being displayed first. The application sorts the reminders according to their due dates, with hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly ones being displayed consecutively. The reminders that have expired are highlighted with a red dot, making it easier for you to determine which tasks are pending.
Filtering reminders is made easy with the filter pop-up menu available at the bottom-right of the application window. You can filter the reminders based on their remind state, which includes None (Off), Once only, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly.
The reminder alerts are displayed in a dialog window as a list, making it easy for you to access your reminders. If multiple reminders are scheduled to occur at the same time, they will be displayed together to avoid confusion. If a reminder occurs while the alert window is still open, the new reminder will be added to the top of the list.
Remind also provides sound alerts to ensure that you are promptly reminded of your tasks. You can choose to play a built-in sound or add your own. To mark a reminder as done, you can click the "OK" button, but if you are busy and unable to deal with the task, you can select the "Snooze" option and the reminder alert will re-appear after a specified number of minutes.
