MakeIcon is a software program that allows users to conveniently convert image files into icons or cursors. Supported file formats include jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, emf, wmf, dib, and ico. Once the image file is loaded, it can be easily exported as an icon with dimensions of 32x32.
