NetCFax networked fax system

This software provides a fully networked fax server with clients system that operates using TCP/IP connectivity for all communication between the server and clients. The clients have the option to access only their own faxes or all faxes available on the server, depending on the login rights assigned to them.

The fax client offers full support for multiple instances, which enables it to be used on a variety of operating systems including Windows XP Pro systems that have multiple accounts under Fast Task Switching and Windows 2000 and 2003 server on Remote Desktop Sessions. The server can both send and receive faxes and supports the use of multiple fax modems.

Received faxes can be easily routed to login accounts or groups and security timeouts are also provided to log clients off which restricts access to client configuration settings. Faxes can be printed locally or remotely, and the server can generate automatic printing of faxes, cover sheets, and transmission reports for both incoming and outgoing faxes if required.

No network shares or user permissions are needed on the fax server's machine as the software uses TCP/IP for all connections between the server and clients which makes it quick and easy to install as well as more secure. Furthermore, a full programmers API is provided so you can "fax enable" your own applications even on different networked PCs using the API's built-in TCP communications ability.
