Newzie

I recently tried out Newzie, a software designed for monitoring RSS- and Atom-based channels. One of its biggest perks is its ability to monitor hundreds of channels simultaneously. Another great feature is Newzie's full support of OPML. You can easily transfer your archived channels from OPML into Newzie, as well as creating and editing OPML files.

Perhaps one of the most unique aspects of Newzie, however, is its Graphical User Interface (GUI). Not only can you use the app as a channel monitor, but you can also utilize it as a web browser. The tabbed windows come equipped with resize and minimize support, and the auto-hidable panels make browsing in spacious windows a breeze.
