This theme was created when the developer accidentally made a mistake with the Xubuntulooks theme's color scheme. They were pleasantly surprised with the results and decided to keep it under a new name, NiceBlue, for everyone to enjoy.
To install NiceBlue, simply right-click on your desktop and select Change Desktop Background. Then, click on the first tab, Theme, and drag and drop the theme's archive into the Appearance Preferences window. You will receive a confirmation message if everything is OK, and you can activate the theme by simply clicking on it.
