PHAT is a web-based platform for managing networks.

At present, PHAT is reliant on NIS and MySQL. However, the NIS dependency will be removed soon, and the MySQL dependency will eventually be replaced by either PEAR or ADODB. Those with networking and PHP expertise should not have difficulty replacing or abstracting the dependencies.
The release name "pseudocode" accurately describes the current state of PHAT. It is a proof of concept with ideas reigning supreme. The code has been tested on PHP 4.x and Apache and has also been tested on Linux and Solaris. PHAT makes a couple of system calls that are specific to *nix, but this dependency should eventually go away.
