PHP-IRC

PHP-IRC is a highly modular IRC bot that runs on various platforms and is written in PHP5 using both object-based and object-oriented programming. It automates frequently used information-related tasks on IRC. The primary reason for selecting PHP as the programming language is that it allows novice programmers to code their own functions and abilities without worrying about memory management and compilers. Additionally, the developer wanted to create a comprehensive bot entirely in PHP that nobody had done before. The second goal will always remain the main objective of this project, and the developer will continuously work on achieving it.

The PHP-IRC's key features are quite impressive, including DCC chat support with custom handlers, DCC file transfer support (including mIRC Rev. Protocol), and modular-based function support.
