Podifier is a software that simplifies the process of publishing podcasts by automating the creation of an RSS feed, the enclosure of one or more MP3 files, and the FTP application to upload them to a server. This user-friendly application is designed to make podcast publishing a breeze.
In the latest release, Podifier has removed the "rs:item" tag which may have caused validation problems since its introduction alongside the one-click support. To serve Windows users better, a Passive FTP option has been implemented. Additionally, the "Duration" field on the Media File/s page has been renamed to "Size in bytes," as it was wrongly labeled before.
To ensure the correct information is being entered, more field validation has been introduced throughout the application. Although not all fields are validated yet, Podifier is working towards ensuring data accuracy. The "Show Debugging" window has also been updated to improve the software's debugging capability.
Furthermore, Podifier now includes additional validation for Macintosh to detect errors in the FTP process. Users now have the option to register for updates. Overall, Podifier continues to be user-friendly, efficient, and updated to suit the needs of its growing user base.
