I recently purchased the Progitek Management Euros Express software and opted for the technical aid package that offers support exclusively through email. This option is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and can only be accessed by sending an email to [email protected].
To be eligible for technical support, the email must refer to the one used to adhere to the maintenance agreement and indicate the expected period of assistance. Once received, the email will be answered within the same day.
It should be noted that this support package is limited to only three areas of the software: Accounts, Immobilisations, and Payroll. If you require assistance with other features, additional support options may be available at an additional cost. Overall, my experience with the technical aid package has been satisfactory and I would recommend it to other users.
