Qalculate! is an impressive desktop calculator available for GNU/Linux. It is a project that is simple to use, but packs a lot of power and versatility underneath. This calculator has a newly redesigned GUI that includes a history view in the main window for easier use. As you type, you can watch the expressions parse and get function hints. The completion feature has also been enhanced, improving your experience.

These beneficial additions include; scaling of result display to vertically fit the window, nicer history listing, enhanced result displays with much nicer parentheses, Meta modes and so much more. Moreover, the calculator now includes 67 new units, such as bel (B) and neper (Np), information units such as bit and byte, many convenience units (km/h, deciliter, etc), among others.

Qalculate! also features binary prefixes, some new variables, and functions, fixed help display in new yelp, and also fixed compile with cln-1.1.10, fixed regressions in simplification, and fixed f(x) return type analysis (ex. log(x) represents a real number if x represents a positive). This calculator has many bug fixes and enhancements for the optimal experience.

Requirements for using Qalculate! include GTK+ version 2.4.x and libqalculate-0.9.3. The latest version of this calculator, Qalculate!
