RaceVIEW is a software that manages and showcases Pinewood Derbies, Rain Gutter Regattas, KubKar Rallies, and similar events' outcomes.
RaceVIEW is an application designed to assist in organizing and presenting the results of various youth events such as Pinewood Derbies, Rain Gutter Regattas, KubKar Rallies, and more. This software is compatible with various youth organizations such as BSA Cub Scouts, AWANA, Christian Service Brigade (CSB), Royal Rangers, and YMCA.
The RaceVIEW application utilizes a hybrid approach, combining the Elimination Phase and Finals Phase to determine the winners. During the Elimination Phase, cars are randomly assigned in successive rounds to determine a group of finalists. Once the finalists have been determined, the Finals Phase begins, and each car races once per lane.
RaceVIEW provides users with both manual and automatic finish results. With the manual mode, finish orders can be manually typed in for individuals or groups that do not have a compatible finish line timer equipped with a computer interface. In contrast, the automatic mode supports all commercially available timers with a computer interface.
To ensure correct identification of an organization's unique group, users should fill out their order form with the organization's name and unique group identification. For example, if you are a BSA Cub Scout Pack, please enter your "Pack" and the number of your Pack. Likewise, other organizations should enter their equivalent unique identification.
