Users have the option to update name, address, phone, contact, e-mail address, and other notes. Additional ship-to, address, information, and phone can also be updated, with the ability to print, download or upload information. Restaurology offers access security options with password security and allows for private invoice notes, receipt messages, and notes.

The software supports network and multiple users updating a common database concurrently with no installation required.
