I recently tried out a program designed for service-centers that specialize in repairing radio equipment, and more! What really stood out to me was the ability to connect an unlimited number of databases. Plus, the program includes a default database with a comprehensive list of mobile phone makes, models, IMEI details, and an extensive list of spare parts.

The program allows you to manage your entire service process, from the acceptance of jobs, to workshop and delivery, to search and return and report generation. You can also track inventory of spare parts with options for arrival, charge, write-offs, returns, and reports. Managing your second-hand goods is made simple with features to manage purchase, completion, sale and search.

The Shop module is particularly useful, covering arrival, sales, write-offs, returns, price-lists, labels, and reports. You can edit price-lists, manage cash with cash-incash-payments-Z-report-reports functions, and make use of useful lists including constant clients, black list, IMEI-model, suppliers etc. Auto detection of the equipment mark via serial number is included along with flexible options for document templates, with support for rtf format.

You even get features to handle barcodes in receipts and price lists, (code39) along with a robust user management system with priority settings. Furthermore, the program is able to support import-export in-out Excel with export in HTML for maximum compatibility. Other useful features include an editor for the database, notes, scheduler, and Chart-service, along with automatic backup of databases.

The only caveat is the need for BDE (Borland DataBase Engine) to run the program smoothly. All in all, I found this program to be incredibly useful in managing service-center operations with comprehensive features that takes care of everything from receipts to reporting. Highly recommended!
