Smart Quote Organizer (SQO) is a robust database software that enables you to collect, organize, and view aphorisms and quotations with ease. The software requires no installation of Microsoft Access 2000 despite containing all data in one Access database. The software has various windows which include quote management, author management, subject management, language management which allows configuration, import management with bulk import and sequence randomization, export management, random slide show for full-screen view of filtered quotes, and web site management with links to your preferred quotations web sites.

SQO enables you to add, filter, and manage your quotes, authors, subjects, and language with remarkable ease. Each quote includes text, author, subject, language, rating, notes, and a unique reference key. You can filter quotes based on criteria such as the string in the quote, string in the note, author, subject, language, and rating. The continuously changing random order is the default view for quotes, but you can choose the preferred order such as by author, subject, or rating.

With SQO, you can also access comprehensive information for each author. This includes name, notes, picture, and quotes quantity. You can link each author to your preferred picture, which will automatically appear when a quote of that author is displayed. You can also export your data in various text formats and re-import in the same or another SQO installation.

The original database comes with a broad range of quotes from various renowned authors in diverse languages. Over 600 quotes in English, over 1000 in Italian, and some in French, German, and Spanish. However, you can remove undesired quotes to remain with those relevant to you. SQO has an English language user interface. SQO is an excellent tool for quote enthusiasts and those with a passion for literature. Its easy-to-use interface makes it a suitable option for beginners and advanced users alike.
