To enhance effective scheduling, StaffCal groups objects (people for example) into logical blocks, such as all the people in Sales, or all the meeting rooms, all of which can be stored within StaffCal.

Permissions can be set on objects and groups to ensure appropriate access, such as allowing only you and your secretary to edit your appointments but restricting access from others. With the flexibility offered in StaffCal, you can allow only members of a specific group to view that group or salespeople to view each other’s appointments.
