From Portal View, users can also open a task timer, update the status of a task, add notes, and view all open tasks.
Task View of Taskjitsu offers multiple permission levels, such as regular user, manager-level user, and admin-level user. Users can perform various task tracking functions like adding new tasks, editing a task's status, assignees, and notes. The task timer opens in a pop-up window and has a Start/Stop button, multiple timer windows, and an option to save to timesheet. The Leave editor, available only to admin-level users, has functions to manage leave balance for all users. Email notification enables applicable users to receive notifications whenever any task aspect changes.
Time Accounting features a Timesheet Review where admin users can review and approve timesheets for each pay period. Users can edit previous timesheets, view timesheets of other users or retrieve billing and payroll summaries. Billing reports include hours worked and estimated cost per project. The Payroll Summary lists the number of working hours, leave taken or accrued, which can vary according to the employment status of the staff. Admin users can access Productivity report to list hours worked per project/activity per user for a manager's view only. Email notifications inform users about change requests or approvals for their timesheets.
