Using a simple tree structure, WinVEO allows users to easily navigate VEOs and view the files encapsulated within. Additionally, the software offers the ability to verify that the VEO has not been tampered with, ensuring the integrity of the records.
Developed by VERS Pty Ltd, WinVEO boasts an array of impressive features. Users can capture their records in a VEO format file and use the wizard to streamline data entry. The software also automatically generates PDF files for documents and allows users to "seal" records with their digital signature. Furthermore, metadata can be modified on an existing record, creating an "onion" layer of new metadata.
With WinVEO, users can view VEOs in an easy-to-use tree format, allowing them to quickly find the information they're looking for without having to sift through everything. The software enables users to open files directly and save files encapsulated within the VEO.
WinVEO also offers powerful verification capabilities. Each layer is checked to ensure that the VEO has not been tampered with in any way. If the VEO has been compromised, WinVEO highlights all elements of the VEO in red to indicate that it's invalid.
