The X Window Properties Viewer software enables you to select a window on the X interface and easily access its properties for viewing or editing.
I recently used the X Window Properties Viewer project and was impressed by its functionality. This software provides the ability to select a specific X window and view or edit its properties. One feature I appreciated was the tree viewer, which allowed me to see a portion or all of the trees on my X server.
Upon selecting a window, you are able to view all of its resources simultaneously or select specific ones for further viewing and editing. As of now, the only editing option available is for strings. Nonetheless, this software effectively meets its intended purpose.
The only requirement needed for this software to function properly is Motif 1.2+. Taking this into consideration, I would highly recommend the X Window Properties Viewer project for anyone looking to edit or view properties of a specific X window.
