Zabit

Zabit is a C-coded content/attachment filter designed to work with qmail. The performance of the software is excellent, owing to its use of the C language.

The Zabit project comprises two primary elements: zabit and zabit-wrp. Zabit is responsible for content filtering and attachment control, while zabit-wrp was designed to allow a virus-scanner to co-exist with the software.

Installing the software is straightforward. Simply edit the conf-locale file, which contains information about case sensitivity, then run ./configure make make install.
