Zomb

I recently got the chance to try out Zomb, a game that I believe to be a real diamond in the rough. Although it's still in the very early stages, it's already playable and quite enjoyable. The game was constructed using BlitzMax, which is evident in its sleek and efficient design.

At the time of writing, the game's website is still under construction and there's plenty of room for improvement. But even with only four maps currently available and no storyline in place, Zomb is still a lot of fun to play.

One exciting feature that's currently being developed is a map editor. This will enable players to create their own custom maps and send them to the game's developer (that is, me!) for approval and inclusion in future updates. I'm hoping that this will allow for an ever-growing range of content and scenarios to play through.

Finally, the latest release of Zomb includes a number of minor bug fixes that make the game even smoother and more enjoyable than before. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving Zomb a try if you're a fan of action-packed and fast-paced games.
