A program combining a screensaver and desktop wallpaper generator displays real 3D models of biological molecules.

The wallpaper generator creates custom desktop wallpapers for your PC that show real 3D models of biological molecules in a random position. Every time Windows starts, you will be greeted with a new wallpaper unlike any other.
The screensaver is equally impressive, as it showcases the same 3D models of biological molecules in motion. Your screen will look like something straight out of a science fiction movie!
With six total available molecule models to choose from, you can select the one that best suits your preferences. Additionally, you can also change the axis of rotation to further customize your experience.
Currently, six molecule models are available, including four prototypes of DNA and two proteins, Hemoglobine I Monomeric (an oxygen transport protein) and Cytochrome C 550 (a protein with a wide range of functions). The plan is to add new molecule models in future versions.
It's important to note that the unregistered version only offers two models - DNA in B-conformation and Hemoglobine, and other models are available only in the registered version.
It's worth also mentioning that models of protein molecules are represented only by the main polypeptide chain (-OCCN-). They do not include sidechains of aminoacid residues, which can make the molecule look like a 'heap of atoms'. Additionally, hydrogen atoms are also not presented due to their small size compared to other atoms.
Overall, if you are looking for something fresh and exciting to enhance your desktop, this program is definitely worth checking out.
