achart

If you need an ASCII chart from time to time as a programmer, then achart is a simple command-line ASCII chart utility that can help you out. The creator of achart wrote this simple tool because they were tired of not having an ASCII chart available whenever they needed one.

The chart that achart displays is in one of the common bases such as octal, decimal, or hexadecimal. Moreover, this tool can optionally show the special control-code names such as NUL, ESC, etc. When you run achart without any parameters, it will show you a chart in decimal representation just like this:
