Auto-Reply in HTML

If you're a regular user of Entourage, you might be interested to know that the Reply action in Rules has undergone some changes. When you use this function, you'll now be presented with a Reply Text window that only allows for plain text replies. However, fear not - there's a workaround available for those who want to add a little more flair to their automated responses.

AppleScript has developed an Auto-Reply in HTML script that enables users to send HTML auto-replies. With this script, you're able to add formatting to your text, and even include logos or graphics. To use this feature, simply place the Auto-Reply in HTML script into the Entourage Script Menu Items folder. This folder can be found in the Microsoft User Data folder, which is located in the Documents folder of your user folder ("Home") in the Users folder on your OS X hard disk.
