AvidStats is a statistics software that comes in the form of a plugin. One of its key features is its ability to cater to multiple log formats. The software is currently in its early development phase and has been the output of a mere weekend's worth of work.
At present, AvidStats is only compatible with one unique log format called "avidweblog". This log format is similar to the common combined log format, but with an additional field for the hostname. To activate this format on Apache, simply use the command LogFormat "%{Host}i # %h # %l # %u # %t # %r # %>s # %b # %{Referer}i # %{User-Agent}i" avidweblog CustomLog /path/to/logs/accesslog avidweblog.
