Axialis AX-CDPlayer is a Windows CD player that supports freedb.org and looks like a real electronic product. It includes an LCD-like display and a built-in utility to organize CDs in a local database. Compatible with freedb CDDBP to submit and query.

Gone are the days when you have to manually enter disc and track titles every time you insert an audio disc into the CD player because with the AX-CDPlayer, disc and track information becomes available in just a few seconds. Additionally, users can customize the display using any color they prefer rather than being stuck with the limited options of either green or orange. As if that's not enough, a built-in utility offers users the option to organize their discs in a local database for easy access.
With AX-CDPlayer, the first-time user can download information about the disc being played from Freedb.org, which is then stored in the user's database. The software allows an unlimited number of discs to be added to the database, and each disc can be assigned specific details, such as artist, title, favorite custom play list, copyrights, extended data, and more.
Furthermore, AX-CDPlayer has a powerful import/export feature that lets users exchange disc information with friends, as well as the ability to import and export disc information from CDPLAYER.INI files, which is the Windows CD player file format. Users can also import from the DiscPlay CD player database, and there's a database report/print feature available with many different options.
Users can perform a disc search, use a batch Freedb query feature, and insert discs offline and query them later all at once – saving them money and reducing connection times. Supporting enhanced CDs, AX-CDPlayer provides users with the option to choose between standard Windows mouse cursors or AX-CDPlayer internal cursors. Finally, the software supports proxy with authentication. If text is too large, users can scroll it within the front panel display. AX-CDPlayer is packed with useful features that any CD player software user would find helpful.
