This software app is modeled after Ayumu, a chimpanzee residing in the Primate Research Institute of Kyoto University. Considered to be very intelligent, Ayumu has demonstrated his incredible short-term memory in a range of experiments. What's more, his memory prowess surpasses even that of adult humans. The app makers have taken one of the tasks that Ayumu had excelled in and adapted it into an enjoyable software game for users.
The objective of this game is to improve your active memory and test yourself against Ayumu's astounding abilities. Each level has a circle, which when clicked, reveals nine squares marked with numbers 1 through 9. You'll have only a limited time to memorize the positions of all nine numbered squares. Once the time's up, the squares flip face-down, and your job is to click on the squares in the correct order, from 1 to 9.
