I recently had the chance to play Badonkoid, a game I helped create. It's a fun variation on the classic breakout theme, but it's different from anything I've ever played before. In Badonkoid, you control four paddles, one on each side of the playing field, and your goal is to keep a single ball in play by bouncing it off the paddles. The twist is that every time the ball hits a paddle, a block is created on the screen. The blocks are breakable, and the aim is to break as many as possible.

Badonkoid is definitely one of the most twisted breakout variations out there. The game ends if the ball hits any of the four walls before you can bounce it again. As you break more blocks, you'll move up to the next level. Every ten blocks you break, the level increases, and the ball gets faster. However, after level 40, the ball's speed remains the same.

Additionally, the number of created blocks increases with each level you move up. On level 0, one block is created with every paddle hit. On level 1, one block is created with every paddle hit, plus one block is created every four paddle hits. On level 2, one block is created with every paddle hit, and two blocks are created every four paddle hits. The same pattern continues for each subsequent level you reach.

Overall, Badonkoid is an engaging and addicting game that's perfect for anyone who loves breakout-style games. The gameplay is challenging, and the speed increases keep the game exciting as you work your way through the levels.
