It's easy to tweak things up by ranking your players based on their seed number. Simply enter their rank number from 1 to the total number of entries you have. Alternatively, you can also click and drag rows to arrange them. Either way, you can be sure that every player will be accounted for in the proper sequence.
As matches progress and two players come up against each other, a hyperlink becomes active for that particular match. Use that hyperlink to open the form responsible for updating the score results once the match is over. The system will automatically push winners into the next rounds of the competition.
When you're satisfied with the seed placement, it's time for printouts. This software comes with a Printer Friendly Version option at the bottom of the drawsheet display page. Use this to print out the final drawsheet, or you can use the Save links to export the document into various formats.
The Newsletter function is another neat addition to the BallStream Drawsheet Control program. You can send email newsletters to all the players in your database conveniently from within the software. As long as you have an active internet connection and a nominated mail server, you're good to go.
