BC Spreadsheet

BC Spreadsheet is a versatile yet basic program designed with the everyday user in mind. However, it can also handle heavier use and calculations with ease. The program supports numerous features including typical manipulations such as cutting and pasting, adding or deleting rows and columns, customizable appearance, basic graphing, and it uses widely recognized parsing of formulas, recognizing the ranges of cells.

One of the most serious drawbacks of BC Spreadsheet is that its only output file type is comma separated values (CSV), which lacks the ability to preserve the formulas used to generate values. Nonetheless, this type of file is widely accepted and can be opened by an extensive range of applications. The compatibility level - to this respect - may be restrictive, but it won't limit its function as a spreadsheet software.

BC Spreadsheet also provides users with a unique filetype (sps) to work with. As an added bonus, it supports copying images of cells to other applications and can generate HTML code for easy sharing of spreadsheet information.
