The BillCollector workflow is straightforward and easy to follow. It starts by asking you if you'd like to pay a bill currently. The app then auto-creates a new calendar in iCal that only associates with BillCollector, where you can enter your own name for the bill, and set if this should reoccur.
You can also set an alarm if required, enter a note for the type of payment, and even enter in the web address for the bill you would like to pay. Once you are at the confirmation page of your payment, simply click the BillCollector icon in the menu bar to bring it to the foreground, then click "OK" to take a screenshot which is saved in /Applications/BillCollector/BillCollectorScreens.
If you have another bill to pay, the app will prompt you to start the process over. With BillCollector, you can have peace of mind knowing that your bills are under control and keep your finances on track.
