Bluerine Light

Bluerine Light is a GTK theme that is based on Bluerine. Installing it is as easy as clicking and dragging. All you have to do is right-click on your desktop and select "Change Desktop Background". After that, click on the first tab, "Theme," and drag and drop the theme's archive into the Appearance Preferences window. Once everything is OK, you will receive a confirmation message and can activate the theme with a click.

Now, let's talk about GNOME. It's an international effort to build a complete desktop environment using entirely free software. This goal includes creating software development frameworks, selecting application software for the desktop, and working on the programs that manage application launching, file handling, and window and task management.
