The bx_control software is a versatile M/S matrix that offers a range of features including a built-in mono maker and stereo width control, as well as a control listening tool. Its Hi Resolution level leds for peak and RMS levels are a nice addition to the software.
This software tool can be used for a range of sophisticated applications, such as chaining ANY stereo plug-in, including tools from other manufacturers, into a Brainworx M/S matrix. However, users will need to use 2 instances of bx_control before and after the plug-in(s) in order to be 'chained' into the M/S matrix.
bx_control offers users the ability to control the stereo width of full mixes in mastering sessions or single stereo signals in mix sessions. It also offers a unique mono maker tool that monos out bass-frequencies of stereo mixes / signals.
