CAN Prompter is a software that enables users to prompt ordinary or script files made with CAN Script. It simplifies the prompt process for users.
CAN Prompter is an excellent teleprompting software that is compatible with both MacOSX and Windows operating systems. With its efficient functionality, you can easily prompt regular text files or script files that are generated using CAN Script. Additionally, it allows you to manage a list of separate files that can be displayed in the order desired.
The program is designed to work ideally, with computers having two or more monitors, but it can function adequately on a single screen as well. CAN Prompter provides the feature to control the prompt rate, where you can speed up, pause, or slow down the prompting as required. Moreover, it lets you change the running order during prompting or loop the list for practice purposes.
CAN Prompter offers the ability to configure each output as w/b or b/w and/or mirrored output, making it an ideal option for a television studio where the second monitor is usually attached to an NTSC/PAL video output and sent to the cameras so the talent can read the copy. However, it still caters to standard VGA/DVI out of your graphics card and distributes that.
Though the software is excellent, there are a few limitations that need to be noted. At startup, it has a 10-second delay screen. Other than that, it is a fantastic teleprompting solution that can make your job more manageable and efficient.
