CaptureScreen

CaptureScreen is an easy-to-use software that offers users a range of options to capture their screen. With a simple right-click, users can access the contextual menu which allows them to move and resize the window to the desired location. Once the window is in position, users can select the "Capture" command for a region capture of the screen or choose the "Full Screen" command for a full capture of the screen. With the "Save" command, users can save their capture in png format by default, which gives a perfect result. Should users need to clear the capture, the "Clear" command is available.

CaptureScreen also includes advanced options such as the "Thumbnail..." command, which allows users to save a thumbnail or an enlargement of the capture with a preview command. Users also have access to a range of image and special effects such as Lighten, Darken, GrayScale, Invert, Contrast, Color, RGB, Selective GrayScale, Color To Transparent, Psychedelic, B/W Sketch, and Color Emboss, which are available through the "Effects" menu. The "Transparent Mode" command allows users to preserve the window and the image in transparency, enabling the capture to be used like a tracing paper, while the "No Border Mode" command lets users hide the window's border. This can come in handy when users need to make a photomontage as they can open multiple instances of CaptureScreen.

CaptureScreen also offers users the "CaptureScreen Options" feature, which allows them to set and save user settings such as hotkeys for menu commands, transparency, exposure time, and more.
