Citrus Construction Scheduler is a software designed to assist in the efficient scheduling of construction events, or milestones. These events can be allocated to various workgroups or subcontractors within your company. The program can seamlessly integrate with Citrus Dispatcher to ensure no duplication of schedules occurs. Furthermore, Citrus Invoicer can be used to create invoices for customers.
Milestones can be of either administrative or technical nature; for instance, obtaining a building permit (administrative) or foundation pouring (technical). It is also possible to set events as dependent on the successful completion of previous milestones. Technical events are given a specific duration in either hours or days, and a starting time is selected for each event. Additionally, existing work schedules of technical personnel can be checked to identify conflicts. On the other hand, administrative events are simply allocated to specified dates.
Other features of the Citrus Construction Scheduler include the ability to establish a holiday list to prevent scheduling on holidays or vacations. There is also the option to create work orders.
The Setup Screen is utilized to provide the necessary information required for the basic operation of the program. It comprises a file folder with seven tabs, including a help tab containing brief instructions about the others. The Business Info tab allows you to input details regarding your business. The Assignments tab is used to create a list to which events will be assigned. Additionally, you can choose and save a company logo in the designated tab.
The Operations tab features three sub-tabs, beginning with Work Days. These settings are used throughout the program, enabling events to be assigned to the appropriate days of the week.
