The second row displays either R - Renewed or / - Renew unavail. The third row displays S - ad is Scheduled (calendar visualization), L - Live, or N - Not live. If an ad shows both A (Active) and N (Not live) at the same time, it means the ad is ghosted (Craigslist wants you to think it's live, but searching for the actual ad reveals it's not indexed).
CL AutoPilot operates as a macro-enabled Excel file, so MS Office must be installed. The software automates the Internet Explorer browser to renew or repost ads and do live ad checks.
