DOS33 extracts Apple ][ disk images and allows running of Applesoft Basic programs through a set of utilities.
DOS33 is a must-have software utility for Apple ][ disk image management and Applesoft Basic programming. The suite features yacc/bison and lex tools for generating the Applesoft Basic parser, thereby enabling easy conversions of BASIC programs.
One of the most critical utilities in DOS33 is the util/catalog, which provides a list of all files in a disk image and facilitates the extraction of the same. Similarly, the aexec/aexec utility runs and lists Applesoft basic programs, while the util/asoft_detoken lists these programs in plain text.
The suite also includes a powerful applesoft/asexec Command Line Interface and applesoft/aslist, which is another Applesoft Basic program listing utility. Additionally, the applesoft/eol utility allows users to interact with the EAMON Online service seamlessly.
The standout feature, however, is the asoft_detoken utility, which can "detokenize" an Applesoft Basic program and create a file listing in plain text.
